Nonstop flights are available from Miami, Houston, and Doha (Qatar Airways), with connecting options through Bogotá, Curaçao, and Madrid.

Logistics support

We work with one of the country's most prominent tourism and logistics groups for in-country support, helping participants with flight planning, airport arrival, and ground coordination end-to-end.

Visa

Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter Venezuela. Tourist and business visas are now issued electronically: you apply online through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Cancillería Digital portal, and the approved visa is sent to you by email — no consulate visit required.

1. 1Check whether your nationality requires a visa for Venezuela.
2. 2Create an account on Cancillería Digital and select the tourist or business visa.
3. 3Complete the application, upload your passport and supporting documents, and pay the government fee online.
4. 4Receive your approved e-visa by email, then print it and carry it with your passport. Apply at least six weeks before travel — processing typically takes around two weeks.
