These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in Inside Venezuela 2027 (the “Program”), an investor trip to Caracas, Venezuela, scheduled for February 28 – March 3, 2027. The Program is offered by Inside Latin America (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and organized with Epakon Capital and PERSEA Ventures.

By submitting a registration you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, including the Cancellation Policy in Section 5, and that you have authority to register on behalf of any organization you name.

• Participation is intentionally limited and subject to our approval. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a place.
• When you register, you authorize payment of the program fee through our payment processor, Stripe: either a hold on your card, or a debit from your US bank account. Nothing is charged at that time.
• We aim to review registrations within 5 business days. If you are approved, your card is charged or your bank debit is started, and your place is confirmed by email once payment is received (bank payments can take up to 4 business days to clear). If you are not approved, the card hold is released or the bank authorization is cancelled, and nothing is charged.
• Card authorizations expire after a limited period set by the card networks. If an authorization expires before we complete our review, we may instead send you a secure payment link. Your place is confirmed only once payment is received.
• We may decline any registration at our discretion, including where participation would conflict with applicable law.

• The program fee is shown during registration. Early registration rates apply to registrations submitted through December 31, 2026; standard rates apply afterward.
• Unless you opt out, the fee includes hotel accommodation at one of our partner hotels for the duration of the Program, airport pickup, official in-country movement during program hours, program meals and selected hosted dinners, and program meetings and site visits.
• The fee does not include international or domestic flights, hotel incidentals, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, or optional add-ons, which are quoted separately.
• All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Where offered, approved participants may pay by bank transfer instead. A receipt is emailed once your payment is completed.

If you cancel. Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@insidelatinamerica.com. Refunds are based on the amount you paid and the date we receive your notice:

• On or before December 30, 2026 (60 or more days before the Program): full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• December 31, 2026 – January 28, 2027: 50% refund.
• From January 29, 2027 (fewer than 30 days before the Program): no refund.

Substitutions. You may transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge until February 14, 2027, subject to our approval of the substitute.

If we cancel or postpone. If we cancel the Program, we will refund the program fee in full. If we postpone it, you may choose a credit toward the rescheduled Program or a full refund of the program fee.

Events beyond our control. If the Program cannot proceed as planned because of events beyond our reasonable control — including government action, changes to travel advisories, airport or airspace closures, civil unrest, natural disasters, or public health measures — we may postpone, modify, or cancel it. In that case we will offer a credit toward a rescheduled Program or a refund of the program fee, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

We are not responsible for flights, visas, insurance, or other expenses you arrange separately. We strongly recommend refundable or changeable fares and travel insurance.

The published agenda is indicative. Speakers, hosts, venues, timings, and site visits may change, and we may substitute sessions of comparable value. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa, and any other travel documents, and for meeting health and entry requirements. Visa decisions rest with the relevant authorities. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including medical evacuation coverage.

Travel to Venezuela involves risks, including risks to personal safety, health, and property. Before registering and before traveling, you should review your government's travel advisories for Venezuela. In-country movement during program hours is coordinated with vetted security and logistics partners, but no arrangement can eliminate all risk. You participate voluntarily and assume the risks of travel and participation. You agree to follow the security guidance provided to participants. We may remove any participant whose conduct endangers others or disrupts the Program, without refund.

You are responsible for your own compliance with all laws that apply to you, including U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and any other applicable sanctions, export control, anti-corruption, and securities laws. The Program is informational in nature. We may decline or cancel a registration, or limit participation in any activity, if we believe it would violate applicable law.

Nothing presented during the Program is investment, legal, or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Program sessions are held under the Chatham House Rule: you may use information received, but may not attribute it to any speaker or participant, and you may not record sessions without the consent of those present.

Hotels, transportation, airlines, and other services are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and their own terms may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, Epakon Capital, PERSEA Ventures, and our respective affiliates, officers, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or investment losses, arising from the Program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the program fee you paid.

We may take photographs during parts of the Program for internal records and, with discretion, for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any promotional materials, let us know at info@insidelatinamerica.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you register applies to your registration. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inside Latin America is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
