• Registration details: your name, email address, phone number, organization and role, nationality, LinkedIn profile, investor type, how you heard about us, accommodation and hotel preferences, add-on interests, and anything you choose to tell us.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment status and limited card details (such as the last four digits), but never your full card number.
• Communications: emails and other messages you send us.
• Website usage: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Our hosting providers also keep standard technical logs.

• To review and process your registration and payment.
• To plan and run the Program, including accommodation, airport pickup, transportation, and security coordination.
• To communicate with you about your registration and the Program.
• To understand how people find us and improve this website and future programs.
• To meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations, including sanctions screening.

• Program organizers: Epakon Capital and PERSEA Ventures, to review registrations and run the Program.
• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Resend and Google Workspace (email), and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), who process data on our behalf.
• Travel partners: for approved participants, partner hotels and our in-country logistics and security partners receive the details they need, such as your name and arrival information.
• Legal requirements: where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of participants and others.

We and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries, and Program details are shared with partners in Venezuela. By registering, you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We keep registration information for as long as needed to run the Program and follow up afterward, and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
